1. What is the difference between the Affiliate and Artist Referral program?
   
   

   The Affiliate Program is open to anyone and pays cash for referrals. Affiliates must sign up and be accepted into the program, and use an automated tracking technology that allows you to refer people from your web site to buySOUL automatically.
   
   The Customer Referral Program is open to buySOUL customers only, and provides service credits simply for recommending buySOUL to friends and associates. The cash payments are considerably higher than the cash payments from the Affiliate Program, and allow buySOUL customers to quickly earn money simply for recommending buySOUL.

   
   
2. Do I need to be a buySOUL customer to participate in the referral program?
   
   

   Yes, you need to be a buySOUL customer or artist to participate in the Artist Referral Program. Non-buySOUL customers can sign up for the Affiliate Program.

3. Can I participate in both the reseller and the referral program?
   
   

   Yes, certainly. While you may refer artists to buySOUL anytime, you may also qualify as a buySOUL affiliate partner.

4. Do I have to sign up or register for the buySOUL referral program?
   
   

   No, you do not need to sign up or register for the buySOUL referral program.

5. Are there any fees to participate in the buySOUL referral program?
   
   

   No, there are no fees involved.

6. How will you know that I have referred a new customer to buySOUL?
   
   

   When your referred artist contacts buySOUL by signing up online, he or she will need to provide your name and contact information or customer number. Please note that we will be unable to pay you if your referral fails to tell us that you referred them when they sign up.

7. Can I refer more than one customer to buySOUL?
   
   

   Certainly, you may refer as many artists as you want. The more artists you bring to buySOUL, the more money you will earn.

8. Are there any restrictions as to whom I can refer?
   
   

   If your referral becomes a buySOUL artist, then we can assume that they have already passed those restrictions.

9. How and when do I get paid when I refer new customers to buySOUL?
   
   

   When the referred artist sends their products and their products go live on our site we will issue you your money via paypal on the last Friday of the month.

10. Do I get paid for repeat orders?
    
    

    No. You get compensated from the first order only.
